The home you are buying is probably the most expensive investment you will ever make. It should be a place for security and peace of mind. MRI Property Inspection Services is dedicated to giving you that. With an MRI analysis, a complete, and accurate report of the home's condition is provided.

The standard home inspection includes an assessment of every major system in the home including the exterior, roof, attic, insulation, ventilation, plumbing, mechanical systems, heating/cooling, electrical, and foundation.

We are licensed and certified Inspection experts who inspect homes, condos and townhouses in the Maryland, Northern Virginia and Washington DC area. MRI conducts its inspections in accordance with the Standards of Practice of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). We’ll give you an easy to read and understand, narrative report with pictures provided quickly and digitally. Everything identified during the inspection will be included in the report.

We encourage our clients to accompany us during the inspection and take advantage of the time to ask us questions. We will point out issues and explain them to you as well as show you the good points of the home. Our goal is to make your home inspection report comprehensive and as helpful as possible.

After your home inspection, your inspector will send you an email with your credentials, use the information provided to login and retrieve a copy of your report.
